Ronald Reagan Building and
International Trade Center


Currently the largest structure (3.1 million square feet) in Washington, DC, the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRB/ITC) is owned by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and is operated by TCMA (A Drew Company). As the first and only federal building dedicated to both government and private use, it is mandated by Congress to bring together the country’s best public and private resources to create a national forum for the advancement of trade. Designated as the official World Trade Center, Washington, DC, the building houses a premier conference and event center, executive office space, retail and dining, and offers community entertainment and programming.

TRADE CENTER MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES


Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA, A Drew Company) was formed in 1996 to be the exclusive manager of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRB/ITC) for the U.S. General Services Administration. This partnership was the first of its kind and was made possible by a special act of Congress. TCMA was formed to address the evolving needs of government and private interests, bringing together the best of both for the advancement of international trade and culture. The driving force behind the daily activities of the RRB/ITC, TCMA excels in delivering unparalleled service and expertise in Real-Estate Development, Leasing, Building Operations, Hospitality Services, and International Trade Promotion.
