On April 24, Laura Bush spoke at the Community Foundation of the National Capital Region Gala in RRB/ITC. The Community Foundation’s mission is to enhance the metropolitan region by encouraging giving and providing direction on critical issues in our community. With over 600 charitable funds to choose from, Washington residents are able to give back to a wide variety of causes.
